By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below.

Crime Catcher is shareware. You are allowed to distribute Crime Catcher by any means of electronic transfer or physical media provding the package is not altered in any way.

This Software must not be modified in any way.

This software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. New-Software disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or Crime Catcher being able to be used for a particular purpose. The user of Crime Catcher bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. Any claims brought against us can be only for the maximum cost of the total registration fee, if and only if this software has been registered.

In no event shall the Author of Crime Catcher be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use Crime Catcher, even if the Author of Crime Catcher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
